Deposit and cancellation policies:
A $500.00 deposit is due two weeks (14 days) after
the reservation is booked to confirm and to hold the
reservation. Cancellation notice must be received 45
days prior to arrival date in order to receive a refund.
There will be a $30.00 cancellation fee on all
cancellations. Any cancellations less than 45 days prior
to arrival will forfeit full refundable deposit.
